Roasted Salmon with a Virginia Peanut Gremolata
Virginia peanut gremolata ingredients:
2 oz. toasted peanuts
4 oz. parsley
.5 oz. garlic
1 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 oz. olive oil
TT salt and pepper
MOP: combine all ingredients and pulse in a food processor until desired consistency.
