(WSLS 10) - The ribbon will be cut today, opening a new building on the Radford University campus. The building will house the College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences. The building includes a courtroom, a forensic lab, new technology, a television studio and social media watch center. The ribbon cutting is this afternoon at three.
The Greek Festival gets underway today in Roanoke. Enjoy moussaka, souvlaki and baklava as well as music and dancing. Admission is free, but take some cash with for the food. The festival is Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m. at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church.

A three day special needs conference continues today in Roanoke County. The conference will cover ways to get special education services and resolving disputes with schools. It runs through Saturday at Bonsack Baptist Church.
