2 heads cauliflower, blanched and shocked
1 C flour
TT salt and pepper
1 C Frank's hot sauce
2 oz. butter, melted
MOP: cut cauliflower into desired size. Blanch, shock, and remove from ice water. Shake cauliflower in flower to coat and fry at 350 F until golden brown. Combine butter and Frank's and toss with cauliflower. Garnish like chicken wings!!
