Police arrest man accused of 'exposing himself' to joggers in Lynchburg

LYNCHBURG (WSLS 10) - The Lynchburg Police Department has charged an 18-year-old who allegedly exposed himself to different women who were jogging.

Xavier Leon Morgan, of Lynchburg, faces one count of indecent exposure. He was charged and released from Blue River Regional Jail.

Complaints say Morgan exposed himself in the area of 101 Capstone Drive, near a hiking trail behind a pool, to women as they jogged by.

Residents say he is seen every day on the trail and police have reason to believe that there are numerous victims who may have not come forward.

Police ask that these incidents be reported so that proper charges may be sought.
