BOTETOURT COUNTY (WSLS 10) - One of the Roanoke Valley's largest yard sales set a new record this year.
Organizers for "Proceeds for Poverty" say they reached their $50,000 goal with the 6th annual event.

st amount ever raised in the three day sale.
"Proceeds for Poverty" has now distributed a quarter million dollars to help people in need here in the Roanoke Valley and around the world.
