PULASKI COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Pulaski County Sheriff's Deputies arrested a man on Monday, in connection to Saturday's shooting.
43-year-old Roy Lynwood Armbrister, of Pulaski, has been charged with second degree murder and using a firearm to commit a felony. He is at the New River Valley Regional Jail.
The charges are a result of the shooting death of Mitchell Keith Collins on Saturday, in the Brookmont Road area of Pulaski County.
The two lived at the home where the shooting occurred. Witnesses informed the sheriff's officers of an ongoing argument between the two prior to Collins' death
