Billy's sent over one of their chef's to make lobster mac and cheese. And it is delicious.
Here's the recipe:
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 c grated ramano cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 c white wine
4 oz. Chopped lobster
1 cup cooked penne pasta
1 tbsp whole butter
Saute garlic in butter
Deglaze white wine. Reduce
Add cream and reduce
Add cheese and lobster.
Top with more cheese
