CARROLL COUNTY (WSLS 10) - One mandied after a crash in Carroll County on Thursday morning.
A tractor-trailer was traveling south on I-77. As it took the Exit 1 ramp, it ran off the left side of the ramp, struck the guardrail and overturned, according to state police

State police responded to the crash at 9:21 a.m.
The driver, an adult male, died at the scene. State police are still in the process of notifying the driver's next of kin.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation at this time.
The Virginia State Police Motor Carrier Safety Team is assisting with the crash investigation.
