ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Roanoke City police have released the identity of the 37-year-old woman who died on Sunday.
Police say Tacchalla Michelle Harper, 37, of Roanoke, is homicide victim.
On Sunday at about 2:29 p.m., officers responded to the 2000 block of Hanover Avenue NW.
Police said the man involved in the incident has spoken with detectives and is cooperating in the investigation.
After consulting with the commonwealth's attorney's office, no charges have been filed at this time.
The investigation remains ongoing.
