SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE (WSLS 10) - Starting Friday and lasting until Sunday, it's Smith Mountain Lake Pirate Weekend.
"This weekend's so fun because adults even get to enjoy themselves and act like kids. Who doesn't want to dress up like a pirate, go out and spray some water at some people," explained Chris Bechtler, the manager of Crazy Horse Marina.
The weekend features a variety of events for both adults and kids.
