EVERGREEN (WSLS 10) - West Virginia is still in the grips of recovery efforts and it has months of rebuilding left.
Meanwhile, Appomattox County is still recovering after being hit with an EF-3 tornado back in February.
The strongest storm to ever hit the area touched down in Appomattox County, ripping up homes, cutting off power and leaving residents in shock and distress.
One woman lost everything in the storm. Both Nancy Harris' husband and home were taken from her that day, but we're helping he start over.
So far, the community has helped raise nearly $92,000 in money and materials to rebuild her home.
