PITTSYLVANIA CO. (WSLS 10) - Virginia State Police is investigating a crash that killed one person and injured another.
Troopers say a 1990 Lincoln Town Car was travelling on Route 642 when is crossed into the median at the intersection with Route 29.

The passenger, Eloise Coyne of Hollywood, S.C., was not wearing her seat belt. She died at the scene.

Miller was arrested and charged with DUI-Manslaughter.
The crash remains under investigation.
