RICHMOND (WSLS 10) - Governor Terry McAuliffe announced the beginning of a major campaign aimed to make Virginia roads safer on Thursday.
The campaign, Who's Your Driver?, targets young men in Virginia. Statistics show that men ages 21-35 make up 72 percent of DUI convictions in Virginia.

"We're talking about advocating for a cause that truly affects everyone in the Commonwealth," said Governor McAuliffe. "One simple question; 'Who's Your Driver?' can save lives. I'm challenging everyone to ask that question when alcohol is involved so we can keep Virginia's highways safe."
The campaign, which is a partnership between DRIVE SMART Virginia, the Department of Motor Vehicles' Highway Safety Office and Richmond International Raceway, encourages people to choose a sober driver and buckle up.
Who's Your Driver? will be the presenting sponsor of the 2016 Fall NASCAR Race Weekend at RIR.
Race fans who participate in the Who's Your Driver? campaign activities will compete to win experiences at the Virginia 529 College Savings 250 on Friday, Sept. 9 and the Federated Auto Parts 400 on Saturday, Sept. 10.
Contest rules, regulations and other details can be found here. Engagements will range from posting videos, uploading photos, completing a NASCAR/safe-driving quiz and tagging friends in response to specific promotions from "Who's Your Driver?"
Participants can win the chance to attend the drivers meeting before the races, gain access to areas alongside the drivers when they're announced on the track and attend the celebration in Victory Lane with the winning driver.
