SALEM (WSLS 10) - A Salem man is accused of sexually assaulting a child he was meant to care for.
Ian Michael Hill faces two counts of statutory rape and one count of sexual abuse of a child.

According to Salem Police, the investigation began April 18, after a sexual assault was reported to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department.
Detectives say a woman reported her daughter had been sexually assaulted in Salem by a man who had custodial rights with the child.
Hill is now being held at the Western Virginia Regional Jail without bond.
