Daytime Kitchen: Overnight Oatmeal

Natalie and LIndee talk with dietician, Lisa Raum from the Southeast Dairy Industry talks shares a recipe for "Overnight Oatmeal" and ways to combat Osteoporosis.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup(s) Quaker® Oats

1/2 Cup(s) Low-fat milk

1 Teaspoon(s) vanilla

1/2 Cup(s) Blueberries

1/3 Cup(s) Banana, sliced

1 Teaspoon(s) Chia seeds

PREPARATION:

Add Quaker® Oats to your container of choice and pour in milk and vanilla. Add a layer of blueberries and then a layer of banana slices. Top with chia seeds and a drizzle of honey, then place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later!
