ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - Roanke police have found 12-year-old Shakhia Launiece Pannell and say she is safe.
She was initially reported missing persons on Thursday at 1:17 a.m. when family members told officers that Shakhia ran away from her residence in the 1300 block of Memphis Street SE and was last seen at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4.
