MIDDLESEX COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — 10:04 a.m. UPDATE -- The Virginia Endangered Child Alert was cancelled overnight as the children were safely recovered and returned to police.

Virginia State Police are looking for three children from Middlesex County who are believed to be in danger.


Six-year-old Branson Horton, 1-and-a-half-year-old Lily Foster and 6-month-old Daisy Foster were last seen at 2737 Greys Point Road in Topping, Virginia. They are believed to have been taken by their parents. VSP officials say there is a court order to remove the children from their parents' custody.
Daisy Foster is 23 inches and 15 pounds with blue eyes. Lily Foster is 2-feet-tall and 20 pounds with blue eyes. Horton is 3-foot-3 and 30-pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
