Fisher-Price has issued a recall on about 34,000 cradle swings due to the possibility of babies falling out of the seats.
The recall covers Cradle 'n Swing product numbers CHM84, CMR40 and CMR43 are all part of the recall. The product number can be found on the seat under the pad.

So far, Fisher-Price has received two reports of a set peg coming out of the seat, causing it to fall, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
No injuries have been reported.
This product was sold at buybuyBaby, Target and other stores nationwide, as well as Amazon and other websites from November 2015 to March 2016 for about $170.
