GALAX (WSLS10) - On Monday, the Galax community came together to mourn the loss of a young mother and her child. Family and friends can say their final goodbyes to 28-year-old Alyssa Kenny and her 21-month-old daughter Anastasia Alley.
The two were found murdered last week in their Galax home.

The viewing is open to the public and will be held at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel in Hillsville. It started at 5 p.m and ends at 8.
Family members told us Alyssa and Anastasia will be buried in Pennsylvania.
