BLACKSBURG (WSLS 10) - The Blacksburg Museum and Cultural Foundation hosts it second annual Soul Food Sampling in celebration of Black History Month.
The event takes place Saturday, February 20 at St. Luke and Odd Fellows Hall. There are seating's at Noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m..
