Low Country Crab Bake

2 Packages Food Lion Instant Grits

1 Cup Water

2 Tablespoons Butter

Salt to taste

8 Ounces Crab Meat

½ Cup Pimento Cheese

2 Ounces Andouille Sausage, diced and sautéed

 

Bring the water and salt to a boil. Add in the grits and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 7 to 10 minutes.

Stir in the butter until melted completely.

Mix together the crab and pimento cheese.

Spoon the grits onto a plate and top off with the crab mixture.

Bake or broil until the crab is warmed through and browned.

Top off with sautéed Andouille sausage.
