(WSLS 10) -Â The Smith Mountain Lake YMCA hosts the Battle of the Paddle Pickleball tournament. Practice takes place on Friday with the tournament on Saturday. Registration is required.
The Blacksburg Museum and Cultural Foundation holds its second annual Soul Food Sampling in celebration of Black History Month. Admission includes a food sampling, presentation on the history of soul food and a souvenir cookbook. The cost is $20 per person with samplings take place at noon, 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday.

Botetourt County holds the first ever Disc Golf Ice Bowl Saturday at the Greenfield Disc Golf Course. It's a day of disc golf no matter what the weather looks like. The entry fee is $20. Registration starts at 8 a.m. and closes at 10 a.m. There will be raffles and prizes given away. Proceeds from the event go to area charities.
Dinosaurs invade the Berglund Special Events Center this weekend at Jurassic Quest. More than fifty life-sized animatronic dinosaurs will be there to bring fun for all ageges. Tickets start at $19. The event is Friday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Head to the Salem Civic Center this weekend for the VHSL Wresting Championships. Athletes from division 1A, 2A, 3A and 4A school will compete. The meets are Friday at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Sunday at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. You can get in for $10 per session or buy an all-session pass for $25.
