ROANOKE CO. (WSLS 10) One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a head on collision in Roanoke County. It happened Friday around 9 p.m. in the 2200 block of Hardy Road.
Police said a vehicle crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head on. The driver of the vehicle that crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head on has died. She is Kayla Nicole Simmons, 19, of Roanoke County. The other driver is identified as Cristopher Markus Hash, 33, of Hardy.
