In a letter to the clerk, dated February 2, attorney John Roberston writes "Kristopher Olin and I have been retained by Natalie Keepers in the additional charges filed by the Commonwealth against our client in this matter."

Keepers was previously charged with improper disposal of a body and being an accessory after-the-fact.

In the letter, Robertson withdrew the hearing request scheduled for Wednesday but requested a new date late Wednesday. Keepers' bond hearing is now scheduled for 11 AM Thursday.

She is currently being held without bond.
