MONTGOMERY CO. (WSLS 10) The Montgomery County School Board will not change school start times for students.
The board voted unanimously Tuesday night to rescind the April 21, 2015 vote to implement start time changes.

This means elementary students will no longer go to school earlier and middle and high school students will not go later next school year as planned.
The board will continue to do research to determine the best way to accommodate Academy of Pediatrics recommendations that older students should start later because of the amount of sleep they need to get.
