Salem family uses their Christmas money to pay for adoptions at animal shelter

SALEM (WSLS 10) - A family in Salem decided to use their Christmas money to pay for adoptions instead of presents for themselves this year.

According to the City of Salem Animal Shelter, West Mills, Matt, Veronica, Dakotah and Tanner Lovern made the donation this week.

Members said thanks to their contribution, the next five adoptions were FREE!
