MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - The Montgomery County Christmas Store reached its goal in its Drop Your Drawers undies campaign.
The entirely volunteer-run store provides clothing and other items for 15,000 low income families; more than 2,000 children.

They goal collect 10,000 pair of underwear to help kids who are often left without when there's little money. Most families in this difficult situation say, because underwear are not visible, they may not be considered necessary.
The Christmas Store will hold an open house Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m., ahead of opening for families to shop for the holidays December 8.
