BEDFORD COUNTY (WSLS 10) - The man charged with murder in the Lyon sisters' case returns to court Tuesday in Bedford County for a pre-trial motions hearing.
Lloyd Lee Welch Jr. is charged with two counts of first-degree murder which carries the possibility of the death penalty.
