Interim Superintendent Larry Massie said Anderson was employed by the school system, working with its finances. Massie claims money went missing and there were some discrepancies within the system's records.
Massie was not able to say how much money was missing.
Massie gave that information to Virginia State Police and officers are investigating where the money could have gone.
