RADFORD (WSLS 10) - A Radford man is being held without bond after police say he sexually assaulted someone over the weekend.
Radford City Police say at approximately 3:09 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 4 they responded to the 600 block of Clement Street for a rape in progress call.

Officers located and identified the offender as Brain Alexander Austin, 22, of Radford.
Austin was arrested for Rape and is currently being held in the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.
This investigation remains ongoing.
