SALEM (WSLS 10) - Standing water on Interstate 81 caused major delays Tuesday, after days of heavy rain fell in the area.

On I-81 North at mile marker 137 in the City of Salem, motorists can expect major delays due to a vehicle accident. Traffic backups are approximately 7.0 miles.
