We've followed the William's journey to parenthood and Autumn's calling to give the gift of life.
Dr. Jill Gaines wanted to deliver the baby after helping the Williams through fertility struggles.
"It's always an amazing experience, but especially MarySusan and Brandon. From day one, we bonded and to go through all of the tragedy in the heart ache and to watch them go through all of that and to finally have them hold a sweet baby in their arms," Dr. Gaines explained.
