ALLEGHANY (WSLS 10) - The Blue Ridge District looks to be stacked from top to bottom, as Alleghany moved to 3-1 Friday night, with a win over Cave Spring.
The win was thanks in large part to a stellar performance delivered from its junior signal-caller, quarterback Matt Patterson.
Patterson was 13 of 21 for 124 yards through the air, and added the Gettysburg Address on the ground; 4 score and 114 yards rushing in the Mountainners 33-13 win at Bogle Stadium.
