LYNCHBURG, Va. (AP) - Police have cited a Greater Lynchburg Transit Company bus driver in connection with a wreck that injured four people.
Lynchburg police officer J. Blankenship tells The News and Advance that the bus hit a vehicle stopped in front of it on Tuesday. The impact caused a chain reaction involving two other vehicles.

Blankenship says the bus' driver, 54-year-old Edward Dillard, was cited for following too closely behind another driver. Dillard wasn't injured.
Three adults and one juvenile suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital.
Transit company general manager Josh Baker says the incident is being investigated.
