(WSLS 10) - A national news agency received what they said was a manifesto from the man accused of shooting a WDBJ7 reporter, photographer and an interviewee during a live broadcast Wednesday morning.
According to ABC News, Vester Lee Flanagan faxed the organization a 23 page document about two hours before he opened fire near Smith Mountain Lake. Flanagan apparently called ABC as well, saying authorities were "after me" and "all over the place."

The document was described as a rambling letter with a long list of grievances, including being a victim of racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying. He was also said to feel attacked for being a gay man.
In the document, Flanagan said Wednesday's event was a reaction to the racism of the Charleston church shooting saying, "Why did I do it? I put down a deposit for a gun on 6/19/15. The Church shooting in Charleston happened on 6/17/15... What sent me over the top was the church shooting. And my hollow point bullets have the victims' initials on them."
He apparently said Jehovah spoke to him and told him to act. He also was said to quote Virginia Tech mass killer Seung-Hui Cho and commended on the actions of Columbine High School killers Eric Harris and Dylann Klebold.
Of Cho's actions, Flanagan says ", I was influenced by Seung-Hui Cho. That's my boy right there. He got NEARLY double the amount that Eric Harris and Dylann Klebold got…just sayin'."
