On Friday, another associate of Welch's was charged in the case. Leslie Engleking, the brother of Patricia Welch - whose husband is Lloyd Welch's cousin - was arrested in Bedford County and posted a $3,000 bond. He was arrested after a special grand jury meeting.

Engleking was charged with perjury, as was Patricia Welch back in July for allegedly lying to a grand jury investigating the disappearance of the Lyon sisters.

Patricia Welch's trial is scheduled to begin Oct. 13. A trial date for Leslie Engleking had not been set.
