NEWARK, DE (WSLS 10) - The Newark Delaware Police department offer free hugs to passing pedestrians in downtown Newark.
The video shows Cpl. James Spadola and Officer Aaron Olicker standing on Main Street, holding up signs reading "Free hugs" that include Twitter hashtag #HugACop.
