Federal prosecutors in Pittsburgh allege the defendants scammed costly tests run by Educational Testing Service and the College Board.

Some defendants are students at U.S. schools who paid people to take their tests in the Pittsburgh area since 2011. Others are accused of impersonating students and taking the tests for them.

Some face deportation if they plead guilty. Sun is married to a western Pennsylvania man and hopes to remain in the U.S.
