MEMPHIS, TN (WSLS 10) - An urgent manhunt is underway for the man believed to have murdered a police officer in Memphis.
Police say 29 year old Tremaine Wilbourn shot officer Sean Bolton multiple times Saturday night.

Investigators say Bolton approached a car for a parking violation and interrupted a drug deal.
Wilbourn, the passenger in the car approached Bolton. After a struggle, police say Wilbourn fired multiple shots at Bolton.
A bystander used Bolton's radio to call for help. He later died at the hospital.
The 33 year old was a marine veteran who served in Iraq.
Investigators say Wilburn was out of prison on supervised release for a bank robbery.
Police say he is armed and dangerous.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for his capture.
