MONTGOMERY COUNTY (WSLS 10) - Deputies arrested a Blacksburg woman this week on prostitution charges following an undercover investigation on the website, www.backpage.com.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says on Wednesday, July 29 they took Kristy Mark, 29, of Blacksburg, Va. into custody.

The arrest came after Mark met with an undercover deputy in the 600 block of Payne Drive.
The Sheriff's Office says it was discovered that Mark's 5-year-old daughter was also in the house. The child was removed from Mark and placed in a safe environment.
Mark has been charged with Prostitution and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
She's currently being held on $2,500 bond on each charge.
