They also say Fogle's actions are inexcusable.
The sandwich company had a section of its site called "Jared's Journey." Links to that section still existed on the Subway site as of Tuesday at 3:41 p.m., but 20 minutes later the image of Fogle's face was gone.
On the homepage of Subway's site, there's a tweet about the situation involving Fogle. It's a shorter version of the same statement Subway provided to 24-Hour News 8 Tuesday following the police investigation
Jared Fogle’s actions are inexcusable and do not represent our brand’s values. We had already ended our relationship with Jared.
