Man wanted for Rodeway Inn murder arrested in Georgia

ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - A man indicted by a grand jury for first degree murder was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Georgia.

The Roanoke Police Department was searching for 26-year-old Jamal D. Daniels of Seneca, South Carolina. He was indicted for the murder of Geoffrey M. Ndwiga at the Rodeway Inn on Orange Avenue. Ndwiga's body was found at motel on June 29.

The grand jury also issued indictments against Daniels for using a firearm to commit murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
