CARROLL COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A multi-vehicle accident along Interstate-77 northbound in Carroll County is causing heavy delays.
VDOT says all lanes on I-77 northbound are now open, however congestion is three miles long.

Officials say the multi-vehicle crash involved a tractor trailer at mile marker 19.
