NBC News – An unusual reunion Thursday in a Miami courtroom as the judge and the suspect recognize each other.
49-year-old Arthur Booth was before Judge Mindy Glazer after an arrest for burglary and police pursuit.

As the proceedings began Judge Glazer first had a question for Booth...had he gone to Nautilus Middle School?
A shocked Arthur Booth covered his head and began to cry.
All he could say over and over was, 'Oh my goodness.'
After telling the court what a nice young man Booth was Judge Glazer offered him words of encouragement.
The charges against Booth include burglary, grand theft, fleeing, and resisting arrest.
His bond was set at $43,000.
