TAP Hope Revolution Concert held at Elmwood Park

ROANOKE (WSLS 10) - The first TAP Hope Revolution concert will be at Elmwood Park Saturday, July 4.

Several bands will perform, including the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Brothers Osborne and Old Dominion. Daytime acts (before 4 p.m.) include Erin & the Wildfire, Fhat Rob and Built to Write.

There will also be food, a kid's zone and booths showcasing TAP's work to serve the community.

"I'm unbelievably excited, because I really believe this captures what TAP has done for 50 years which helps folks achieve that American Dream," JD Sutphin with Big Lick Entertainment said.

About 1,000 tickets have been sold so far. General admission tickets for the evening concerts are $25. Daytime events are free.
