BEDFORD COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A Maryland woman will be in court on Monday in Bedford County for a preliminary hearing in connection with the disappearance of the Lyon sisters.
Patrica Welch faces a perjury charge. Her husband, Richard Welch, and his nephew, Lloyd Welch, have been names persons of interest in the disappearance of Katherine and Shelia Lyon.

No charges have been filed against Richard Welch or his nephew.
