Round Town: Dinosaurs invade Roanoke

(WSLS 10) - Dinosaurs spring back to life and invade the Berglund Center this weekend at Jurassic Quest. See more than 50 life-size animated dinosaurs, learn about them and even ride on them.

The family fun takes place Friday from 4-9 p.m., Saturday from 9-8 p.m. and Sunday from 9-7 p.m. Tickets are $18 for adults, $13 for kids with those under two getting in free.

Head to Salem for the Men's and Women's ODAC Basketball tournament. The Women's Quarterfinals take place Friday with men's and women's Semifinals on Saturday. The Finals for men happen Sunday at 1 p.m. with women taking to the court at 3:30. Tickets for students are $6 per session with adult getting in for $11.

The Jefferson Center's Music Lab's Performance Band Tour performs Saturday night. The group is made up of teens in grades six through 12. It's part of the Jefferson Center's Arts and Education initiative to showcase Roanoke as a cultural hub.
