(WSLS 10) - A Botetourt County judge has denied bond for a man charged with second-degree murder after a road rage incident. 

Barry Samuel Camden 51, of Lexington, Va., got into a fight with Terry W. Kelly, 62, of Buchanan along Interstate-81 at exit 162 last August.

Kelly told police on scene that he had been in a fight with someone who had cut him off on Interstate; however, he refused being checked out by the Rescue Squad and did not want to pursue charges against the other person.

Both men left the scene but Kelly began having medical issues related to his injuries and died three weeks later. 

According to Botetourt County Commonwealth Attorney Joel Branscom, Camden will remain in jail until his trial next month.
