INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WISH) - A teenager arrested in Boone County after police said she fled the scene of her parents' murder has been charged in Wisconsin with two counts of first degree intentional homicide and three counts of false imprisonment.

Court documents indicate Ashlee Martinson, who just turned 17 years old on Friday, killed Jennifer Ayers and Thomas Ayers Sunday morning. Jennifer was her mother and Thomas was her step-father. There were three children in the Wisconsin home at the time of the killings, and one of them told police she saw Thomas Ayers dead.

Martinson put the three children - ages 2, 8 and 9 - in a bedroom with juice and food before tying the door shut with a rope, according to court documents. She then started driving south, and police eventually took her into custody in Boone County, Indiana. When Martinson was taken into custody, another teenager was in the car with her. It's unclear what, if any, charges he will face.
