LYNCHBURG (WSLS 10) – The Lynchburg City School Board is closer to approving the school calendar.
At Tuesday night’s meeting administrators will present some changes to the currant draft. Right now, school starts earlier and ends later, with more breaks built in throughout the school year.
The idea is to cut down on “summer learning loss.” The final draft will be presented in two weeks.
You still have time to take an online survey and there’s another community meeting Monday.
